Job summary

LR Management is hiring a Leasing Consultant in Michigan. The role focuses on presenting apartments and amenities, building rapport with tenants, and executing lease agreements while supporting the management office with administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in leasing or sales, retail experience, and multi-family exposure, with strong communication skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ leasing, hospitality, or administrative experience.
• Experience with Yardi and CRM.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Present apartments and amenities to prospective tenants.
• Build rapport and provide personalized service.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and addendums.
• Maintain availability and unit status records.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure property upkeep.
• Screen prospective tenants for eligibility.
• Oversee orientation of new tenants.
• Assist with office and clerical tasks including phones.
