LR Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Michigan to help renters find their next home. The role requires delivering exceptional service, presenting apartments positively, and handling lease paperwork accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have prior sales or retail experience, multi-family exposure, and strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or a high school diploma with verifiable Leasing Coordinator experience.
• Minimum of two years' experience in leasing, hospitality, or administrative work.
• Experience with Yardi and CRM is required.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Present apartments and amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants.
• Build rapport with current and prospective tenants and provide personalized service.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and addendums per property standards.
• Maintain apartment availability and unit status records.
• Monitor community facilities such as laundry, mail, and fitness center.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure property is well maintained.
