LR Management is seeking a dependable Leasing Consultant in Michigan to help renters find their next home. The role emphasizes organization, multi-tasking, strong people skills, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include presenting apartments, building rapport, preparing leases, maintaining records, coordinating with maintenance, and delivering personalized service to tenants.

Qualifications

• Two years' leasing, hospitality, or administrative experience.
• Experience with Yardi and CRM.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Present apartments and amenities to prospective tenants.
• Build rapport with current and prospective tenants with personalized service.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and addendums in accordance with LR Management's standards.
• Maintain apartment availability and unit status records.
• Monitor community facilities including laundry, mail, and fitness center.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure property is well-maintained.
• Screen prospective tenants for eligibility.
• Oversee orientation of new tenants.
• Answer phones in a professional, courteous manner.
• Follow up on service requests as needed.
• Accept rent payments and security deposits.
• Maintain and store documentation securely.
• Inspect properties at occupancy and vacancy.
• Liaise with tenants to address concerns.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
