The role centers on leasing multi-family properties, using strong communication, sales ability, and Yardi proficiency. Responsibilities include greeting prospects, processing leases, negotiating terms, handling inquiries, and marketing units through social channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of residential property management leasing experience.
• 1 year of Yardi experience.
• Knowledge of leasing rules and regulations.
• Proven track record in sales and customer service.
• Warm, friendly, and professional communication style — in person and by phone.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work weekends as needed.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents warmly, qualify leads, and present properties using feature/benefit selling techniques.
• Complete lease applications, assist with verification, and notify applicants of results promptly.
• Negotiate leasing terms and execute lease agreements.
• Respond quickly and professionally to resident concerns and service requests.
• Promote available units through social media and other marketing channels.
• Conduct periodic property inspections and ensure proper maintenance.
• Maintain accurate resident records and update daily reports.
