Denton Floyd Real Estate Group is seeking an energetic Leasing Specialist to join our team in Indiana. You will greet prospects, qualify leads, and showcase properties with a persuasive, professional approach.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of leasing experience, familiarity with Yardi, and a proven sales and customer service record. Weekend availability and bilingual skills are a plus; we offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of residential property management leasing experience.
• 1 year of Yardi experience.
• Knowledge of leasing rules and regulations.
• Proven track record in sales and customer service.
• Warm, friendly, and professional communication style — in person and by phone.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work weekends as needed.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, qualify leads, and present properties effectively.
• Complete lease applications and notify applicants of results promptly.
• Negotiate leasing terms and execute lease agreements.
• Respond to resident concerns and service requests promptly.
• Promote units through social media and other marketing channels.
• Conduct periodic property inspections and oversee maintenance.
• Maintain accurate resident records and update daily reports.
