Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.

• State leasing license or ability to obtain within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Understand community and local market specials and floor plans.
• Process lease applications and prepare new lease contracts.
• Tour prospects of vacant or model units and amenity areas.
• Log prospect information and notifications in the Property Management software.
• Respond to emails, voicemails, and text messages in a timely manner.
• Assist with Move Out Vacant Inspection Checklist (MOVIC) and deadlines.
