Qualifications

• State leasing license or ability to obtain if required by law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily marketing, administrative, and leasing operations under Community Manager guidance.
• Understand market and competing promotions to inform leasing strategies.
• Process lease applications and prepare contracts.
• Tour prospects and show units, including vacant/model spaces.
• Document prospect information in the Property Management software and respond to inquiries.
