Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen tenants, market properties, conduct tours, and negotiate leases, ensuring smooth move-ins and high occupancy.

You will work with the property manager, respond to inquiries, prepare lease paperwork, and provide excellent customer service while upholding fair housing policies. This on-site role requires weekend availability and strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and market available properties.
• Conduct property tours and explain lease terms to prospects.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move-in.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain occupancy targets and excellent resident relations.
