Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Georgia to assist in leasing activities, tour prospects, and support resident services. The role reports to the Property Manager and is non-exempt.

You will help maintain files, process move-ins, and support marketing and outreach efforts to maximize occupancy. Responsibilities include inspecting units, inputting data into Entrata, and handling inquiries promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with property management software preferred (Entrata).

Responsibilities

• Show units to prospects and discuss community amenities.
• Maintain accurate community files and records.
• Input new residents into Entrata and enter daily leasing activity.
• Assist with marketing and leasing efforts to improve occupancy.
