Job summary

Sage Ventures is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help drive occupancy and revenue across its residential properties. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate with the management team to execute effective leasing strategies.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, experience in leasing or sales, and a good understanding of fair housing regulations. The role offers growth opportunities within a dynamic real estate development company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous leasing, sales or customer service experience recommended.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and give tours of available units.
• Assist with leasing process: applications, credit/background checks, lease prep.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person with accurate pricing and availability.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents and prospects.
• Collaborate with property management to implement leasing strategies.
• Conduct market research on local trends and competitor offerings.
• Maintain organized leasing records and ensure policy compliance.
