Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a busy Atlanta property. You will show, lease and welcome prospective residents, ensuring a smooth move-in and high occupancy. You’ll respond to resident inquiries and coordinate with maintenance and the team to meet service standards.

The role offers hourly compensation of $20–$23 with commissions/bonuses, and a schedule that includes Mondays through Saturdays. Weekend availability and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or Fair Housing knowledge is a plus.
• Tech Proficiency: Intermediate MS Office; experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeriand, and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in for a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and respond to inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and coordinate with the team for timely resolution.
• Update unit availability and maintain calendars.
