Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking a Leasing Consultant who will be the face of the property, delivering outstanding customer service while driving leasing goals. You’ll show, lease, and welcome prospective residents and help maintain strong occupancy through marketing initiatives.

The role offers $20–$23 per hour, with potential commissions and bonuses, and a schedule Monday through Saturday with a day off in the week, providing opportunities to grow within a thriving

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, and Celeriand is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service, responding promptly to resident inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and work with the team to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet move-in ready standards.
• Support property management with administrative duties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
• Conduct move-out inspections and assist with turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards.
