You will grow your career in multifamily property management, supporting marketing strategies, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins to ensure a welcoming, high-occupancy community.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in housing laws are a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri, and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in to ensure a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and promptly respond to resident inquiries.
