Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Austin, TX. You will be the face of the property, greeting guests, showing available apartments, and guiding prospects through the leasing process.

Responsibilities include explaining unit options, closing leases, and maintaining property knowledge to deliver outstanding resident service. This full-time on-site role requires weekend availability and a passion for helping residents find homes they love.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or similar fast-paced sales/customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Showing and leasing apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Explaining details of apartment unit options and variations.
• Providing exemplary customer service to residents and prospects.
• Greet visitors warmly and maintain a professional presence on site.
• Close sales and prepare lease paperwork for new residents.
• Enter resident data into internal systems and manage admin duties.
