Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, delivering outstanding service while driving leasing goals and ensuring a smooth move-in experience for residents. You will play a key role in showing properties, processing applications, and coordinating marketing efforts to maintain strong occupancy.

The role requires excellent communication, organization, and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service or sales; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; fair housing knowledge a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and greet prospective residents at the property.
• Assist in market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in for a smooth experience.
• Maintain daily unit availability and community calendars.
• Perform inspections to ensure move-in ready standards.
• Support property management with administrative duties and phone support.
• Conduct move-out inspections and assist with turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collections per Trinity’s standards.
