Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents, lease units, and support marketing efforts to maintain strong occupancy. You will guide applicants through the rental process and ensure a seamless move-in experience.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating maintenance requests, and maintaining accurate resident files. A strong emphasis is placed on organization and communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus (e.g. Fair Housing laws and regulations).

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in market surveys and execute marketing strategies to keep occupancy high.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in for a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and promptly address inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Maintain resident files with accuracy.
• Maintain unit availability and calendars; conduct move-out inspections and turnover steps.
