Responsibilities include showing apartments, processing credit checks, preparing leases, and maintaining public relations with residents and prospects. The position is full-time and non-exempt, with weekend hours as needed and benefits including PTO, holidays, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Landlord-Tenant and Fair Housing laws preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required if operating a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Abides by Fair Housing Laws.
• Provides tours of apartments to prospective residents.
• Runs credit reports on prospective residents.
• Prepares lease packets.
• Inspects apartments prior to showing them.
• Maintains logs of traffic through the property.
• Leases units.
• Provides information over the telephone to prospective residents.
• Maintains a visible public relations attitude toward current and prospective residents.
