Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Reserve at Ashley Lake in Boynton Beach. You will manage leads, schedule tours, show apartments, and guide applicants through the rental process.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, meet occupancy goals, and work weekends/evenings. A high school diploma is required; 1–2 years in sales or hospitality is preferred, with strong communication and CRM skills. Competitive benefits and on-site housing discounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
• Previous leasing experience in multifamily property management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched service to prospects and residents to exceed expectations and nurture satisfaction.
• Guide prospects through the leasing experience to make renting easy.
• Serve as the liaison through the application, leasing screening, and move-in process, including all related paperwork.
