Avanti Residential is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Boynton Beach, FL. You will lead engaging tours, convert prospects to applicants, and collaborate with the onsite team to hit occupancy goals.

The role requires strong customer service, sales skills, and tech comfort with iPad/CRM tools. You’ll drive retention initiatives, manage marketing outreach, and help maintain a welcoming, well-presented community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year sales experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance OR reliable transportation.
• Pass criminal background screening prior to employment.
• Wonderlic pre‑employment assessment may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional tours and showcase the community to drive applications.
• Manage leasing from initial tour through follow‑up and move prospects to the Application Admin.
• Develop resident retention and engagement programs to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain the community website, social media campaigns, and outreach marketing to drive occupancy.
• Inspect move‑in ready apartments and ensure standards before orientation.
• Coordinate move‑in orientations and ensure residents are equipped with essential information.
• Ensure model and target apartments are ready and curb appeal is maintained.
