Job summary

The Reserve at Ashley Lake is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team. You will manage inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through the application and move-in process, delivering outstanding service and building rapport with residents.

You will work with the onsite team to maximize occupancy, stay informed about community features and promotions, and maintain strong knowledge of leasing procedures using Yardi and other CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Leasing experience in multifamily property management is a plus.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws and Fair Housing.
• Must be high energy, customer-service driven and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide unmatched customer service to prospects and residents to exceed expectations.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process and schedule tours; help with applications and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain CRM leads, qualify prospects, tour apartments, and follow up after tours to close leases.
• Stay informed about apartments, amenities, rates, and promotions; support team to exceed occupancy goals.
