Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate Degree in Property Management or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years leasing, bookkeeping, or operations experience.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with daily property operations.
• Show vacant and model suites and assist with leasing.
• Process rent, security deposits, and move-in/out inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with leasing policies and Fair Housing.
