Brookfield Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Reserve at Ashley Lake in Boynton Beach, FL. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and equipment maintenance within a multi‑unit residential community while delivering exceptional resident service and safety compliance.

Requirements include 1–2 years in commercial or multi‑unit property, a high school diploma or GED, and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Technician must have 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• High School Diploma or GED; 3-4 years of experience can offset the educational requirement.
• HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications are preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on property needs.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• HVAC: repairs, cleaning, replacements, etc.
• Plumbing: repairs, replacements, installation of sinks, toilets, faucets, etc.
• Carpentry: repairs and installs doors, shelves, countertops, locks, etc.
• Painting: drywall/plaster repairs, painting.
• Electrical/Appliance: lighting, wiring, switches, etc.
• Machinery: repair and maintenance of chillers, belts, pumps, fans.
• Other duties as assigned; provide exceptional customer service.
