Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Reserve at White River & Lafayette Landing. You will lease apartments through phone sales and in-person tours, welcome prospective residents, and provide exceptional customer service to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will coordinate move-ins/move-outs, assist with renewals and rent collection, and maintain professional curb appeal while using MS Office and Yardi to manage resident data.

• Assist in rent collection, renewals, and provide account information to supervisors.
• Enter information in Yardi and write work orders as needed.
