Eagle Rock Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our Malvern, PA team. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy through resident engagement, tours, and efficient leasing processes.

This entry-level position offers training and growth opportunities within a full-service real estate firm. You will work under the Community Manager, coordinating with marketing to place ads, support administrative tasks, and conduct market analyses.

Formación

• 1–2 years of high-quality customer service experience.
• Prior leasing & lease-up experience preferred.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• College Degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook.
• Must be able to work weekends and have reliable transportation

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospective residents and provide property tours.
• Process lease applications and qualify residents.
• Coordinate with marketing to place online ads and ensure signage is positioned.
• Support the Community Manager with general office tasks and phones.
• Maintain an up-to-date market study of primary competitors.
• Provide high-quality customer service to residents and prospective residents.
• Showcase apartment features and community benefits.
• Identify strengths/weaknesses of sales approaches and overcome objections.
• Prepare all lease-related documents.
• Follow up on calls, emails, and site visits
