Eagle Rock Properties in Ambler, PA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help maximize occupancy. Under the Community Manager, you will tour properties, screen applicants, coordinate marketing, and deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.

This entry-level role offers on‑the‑job training with growth paths in our Northeast/Mid-Atlantic portfolio. Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook is preferred, and weekend work is required.

Formación

• 1-2 years of high-quality customer service experience.
• Prior leasing and lease-up experience preferred.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• College degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Must be able to work weekends and have reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting prospective residents and providing property tours.
• Process lease applications and qualify residents.
• Coordinate with marketing to place online ads and signage.
• Support the Community Manager with admin tasks.
• Maintain up-to-date market study of primary competitors.
• Provide high-quality customer service to residents and prospects.
• Showcase apartment features and community benefits.
• Identify effective sales approaches and address objections.
• Prepare lease-related documents accurately.
• Follow up promptly on all calls, emails, and site visits.
