Responsibilities include selling leasing options over the phone, processing applications, maintaining accurate data in Yardi, and ensuring a welcoming, well-organized leasing office.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales experience required.
• High school diploma required.
• Proficiency with Yardi software and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Sell and qualify potential residents over the phone, setting appointments for property tours.
• Verify applications and complete move-in paperwork.
• Perform the move-in process and collect deposits or fees.
• Familiarize new residents with leasing agreements and property rules.
• Respond to resident complaints and service requests, ensuring satisfaction.
