Foresight Asset Management, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Specialist to join our onsite team. You will show apartments, handle leasing inquiries, process applications, and support the community's success.

The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and motivated to hit leasing goals while upholding our commitment to quality and resident satisfaction. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of leasing or related customer service/sales experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, conduct tours, and showcase the community's features and amenities.
• Prepare and explain lease documents with accuracy and professionalism for a smooth move-in.
• Assist with applicant screening and compliance with affordable housing programs, where applicable.
• Support daily operations with the Property Manager to ensure apartments are ready for move-in and meet quality standards.
• Maintain leasing and traffic data, respond to inquiries, and implement sales/marketing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Engage with residents through service, coordinate events, and foster a welcoming community atmosphere.
• Participate in company training programs to grow knowledge and skills in property management.
• Uphold high standards for customer service, resident satisfaction, and professionalism.
