Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Town Triangle Crossing. You will interview prospective tenants, conduct tours of model apartments, explain lease terms, and guide applicants through the application and approval process.

You will coordinate move-ins, manage renewals, monitor market trends, and provide exceptional customer service to residents. Prior leasing or on-site hospitality experience is a plus; proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, conventional or multifamily real estate.
• Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• On-site experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective tenants and conduct tours of model apartments, explaining space, layout, amenities, services, and lease terms.
• Complete lease agreements and collect security deposits.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance.
• Manage the full leasing and renewal process from start to finish.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build resident relationships.
• Answer incoming calls and voicemails promptly and professionally.
• Process applications, conduct credit checks and review rental history, and update availability reports.
