Job summary

Valiant Residential in Frisco, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant responsible for leasing, retention, and occupancy for the community, while promoting resident satisfaction through a customer service focus.

You will greet prospects, prepare move-in packages, process applications, record visits, monitor renewals, and represent the company professionally, with bilingual Spanish a plus and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; Spanish a plus.
• Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to support and contribute to the community team.
• Proficient with MS Office and property software (Yardi).
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Present a neat, professional appearance and attitude.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria; collect guest cards.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits on reports and manage guest cards.
• Inspect models and market-ready units; flag service needs.
• Process applications and deposits; coordinate with Community Manager.
• Monitor renewals and distribute renewal notices.
• Assist with advertising effectiveness and market competition data.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
