Job summary

Valiant Residential in Dallas is seeking a Leasing Consultant responsible for leasing, retention, and a positive experience for prospective residents. This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and a commitment to customer service.

The ideal candidate will manage move-in packages, assist in tenant applications, monitor renewals, and represent the company professionally. Experience in sales and customer service is preferred, and bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales.
• Ability to support and contribute to a team.
• Willingness to participate in Fair Housing Certification training.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record all guest interactions accurately.
• Inspect units and communicate related service needs.
• Assist in monitoring renewals and handle rental payments.
• Type lease and complete paperwork accurately.
• Represent the company professionally.
