Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You will engage with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure resident satisfaction while maintaining precise records.

You will guide tours, process applications, coordinate move-ins with maintenance, and handle lease documentation. Weekend availability is required to support property operations and resident relations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.
• Basic level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and resident retention.
• Greet and tour prospects, qualify leads, prepare lease documents, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and orient residents to the property.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and follow up with prospective residents.
• Assist with planning resident activities to increase retention.
• Comply with all policies and safety rules.
