Job summary

You will convert leads, respond quickly, maintain a strong CRM pipeline, and coordinate tours, move-ins, and renewals, while collaborating with the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales, leasing or customer service experience (multifamily preferred).
• CRM tools experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve leasing goals by converting leads into leases and promoting rentables while maximizing occupancy.
• Respond to inquiries promptly, follow up on leads, and maintain a strong pipeline using a CRM.
• Increase renewal rates by fostering resident relationships and addressing concerns.
• Monitor local rental trends, pricing, and demand to inform sales strategies.
• Engage with marketing campaigns, resident events, and social media to boost occupancy.
• Maintain tour routes and show units to leave a positive impression.
• Deliver a seamless move-in experience that exceeds expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with residents professionally and empathetically.
