You will handle resident and prospect inquiries, tour-ready units, process applications, and help maintain move-in procedures while upholding company policies and Fair Housing guidelines. Strong organizational and communications skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with leasing and occupancy across properties.
• Be first contact for prospects and residents; assist with tours.
• Enter and close work orders; ensure unit readiness for tours.
• Support marketing efforts and Open Houses; coordinate communications.
• Process applications and leases; maintain move-in/move-out checklists.
• Maintain confidentiality; comply with Fair Housing and laws.
