Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant to act as the community's sales representative, greet clients, present features, and secure lease agreements from qualified applicants.

Responsibilities include processing deposits and applications, ensuring model apartments are ready, and maintaining knowledge of lease terms, availability, and policies. Strong communication and customer service are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Customer service experience preferred in leasing.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, present community features, and secure lease agreements from qualified applicants.
• Ensure model/apartment readiness and maintain a clean workspace.
• Know lease terms, unit specs, availability, market conditions, and required application information.
• Use good customer service and sales techniques.
• Maintain contact with local apartment locators and businesses for informational material.
• Outreach marketing by surveying surrounding properties; participate in retention programs.
• Create and maintain new move-in files and ongoing file maintenance.
• Report unusual circumstances about the property or residents.
• Handle resident requests courteously and efficiently; maintain professional appearance.
