Continental Properties is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Associate for Springs at McKnight Lake in Chaska, MN. You will guide your own success by achieving leasing goals and building professional relationships with prospective and current residents. You will report to the Community Manager.

This full-time role offers pay between $20.00 and $23.00 per hour, with performance incentives, a strong customer-service culture, and growth opportunities within a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service experience is preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing from first contact to move-in, conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and coordinate move-ins.
• Maintain an exceptional resident experience by managing follow-ups, move-in inspections, and renewals while adhering to Fair Housing and other regulations.
