This role focuses on maintaining facility operations, delivering outstanding resident service, and supporting the maintenance team to improve renewals and satisfaction.

You will lead daily maintenance, manage work orders via smart tech and apps, supervise vendors, and help drive the community’s financial and physical success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in multifamily maintenance supervisory role
• EPA and CPO certifications required
• Flexible with overtime and non-traditional schedules including weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional resident service and maintain curb appeal
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances
• Manage grounds upkeep, snow removal where applicable
• Lead and develop maintenance team and manage vendors
