Continental Properties seeks an experienced Community Manager for Springs at McKnight Lake in Chaska, MN. You will oversee operations, lead a team, and drive revenue through sales, marketing, and superb resident service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential community management experience with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Sharp business mind with hands-on budgeting and NOI growth experience.
• Tech-savvy and ready to use specialized software tools (Onsite, Ops Technology, AIRM, Funnel, Compliance Depot).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays; able to balance desk work with touring the community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets and drive revenue through strategic sales, marketing and customer service.
• Deliver exceptional resident experiences and maintain a tour-ready, inviting property.
• Hire, develop and lead a team to foster engagement, accountability, and results.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and present monthly KPI and financial reports with strategic plans.
