You are a people-loving professional with at least two years in customer service, strong English communication, and a knack for sealing deals. You will maintain a professional leasing environment, inspect show units, and contribute ideas to marketing and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least two years of transferable experience in customer service.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to drive the success of the property.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and teammates.
• Maintain professional resident communications and show units/models at tour routes.
• Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing and resident satisfaction.
