Audubon is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Greenville, SC to assist in leasing activities, show units, and manage resident files. You’ll respond to inquiries, conduct tours, and coordinate move-ins while supporting marketing and leasing initiatives.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and customer service within a fast-paced residential environment, with daily leasing operations and occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; compute rate, ratio, and percent.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions; handle problems with several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Strong computer skills in Word, Outlook, and Excel; experience with online calendars and databases.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper maintenance and inspect community and vacant units daily; assist in leasing operations.
• Respond timely to prospect telephone calls and internet lead responses.
• Ensure model/show units are ready for show.
• Maintain complete and accurate community files and records.
• Give prospect tours and discuss community amenities.
• Review rental and move-in files for accuracy; input new residents into Entrata.
• Enter daily leasing activity into the leasing system daily.
• Address resident comments and/or complaints promptly.
• Prepare move-in paperwork, keys, and remotes for new residents.
• Inspect make-ready apartments prior to move-in.
• Review all lease files prior to move-in for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with monthly renewals.
• Support the community manager’s marketing and leasing efforts.
• Understand local market conditions impacting occupancy and income.
• Complete lease applications; assist with verification and communicate results promptly.
• Responsible for leasing apartments, improving occupancy, and generating traffic.
• Conduct weekly competitive shopping of nearby communities.
• Lead outreach marketing activities weekly.
• Update and maintain marketing binder and advertising.
