Qualifications

• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Generate and handle traffic and qualify prospective residents.
• Lease apartments and prepare lease documentation.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs with maintenance.
• Maintain accurate resident records and weekly leasing reports.
• Provide clerical support and handle inquiries from residents.
• Assist with resident activities to boost retention.
