FCI Residential is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the end-to-end leasing process, from initial contact to resident move-in and ongoing service.

You will cultivate first-class guest relations, conduct tours, process applications, and maintain the property's curb appeal and amenities while collaborating with the Property Manager to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Formación

• Customer-focused leasing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain customer service relationships with prospects and residents.
• Ensure leasing office and community curb appeal are impeccable and maintain cleanliness.
• Sell features with thorough knowledge of property and competitors.
• Convert calls to tours and tours to leases; manage internet leads.
• Enter guest information into property management software and follow up.
• Prepare lease paperwork and move-in information; manage renewals.
• Review performance reports; make recommendations to improve leasing.
• Handle resident concerns and maintenance requests; ensure quality service.
• Engage in marketing and outreach to drive traffic and leads.
• Plan and attend resident events and create social content.
• Perform market surveys and monitor competitor features.
• Assist with placing/updating signage and general clerical tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and complete required training.
