Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for the Madison, TN community. You will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal activities to hit occupancy and revenue targets while ensuring resident satisfaction from move-in through renewal.

Key duties include greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, screening credit and background checks, preparing leases and move-in packets, and coordinating with maintenance to ensure show-ready apartments.

Qualifications

• Must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Must have a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure move-in-ready apartments.
• Follow market trends and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Manage lease renewals by contacting renewing residents and preparing renewal documents.
