You will track occupancy, implement marketing plans, and collaborate with maintenance to ensure units are ready. A strong focus on renewals and customer follow-up is essential.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive occupancy and traffic.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.

Responsabilités

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Use on-site management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages for renewing residents.
