Job summary

Dayrise Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the community and drive occupancy. You will guide prospects through the leasing journey, tour apartments, and present community amenities while delivering outstanding customer service that aligns with Dayrise Residential standards.

You will manage the leasing lifecycle from inquiry to move-in and renewals, stay informed about market conditions, and collaborate with onsite teams to maintain property standards and resident

Qualifications

1–3 years of property management or leasing experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging community tours and match prospects with their ideal home
Manage the full leasing lifecycle—from inquiry to move-in and renewals
Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitor offerings
Ensure apartment homes tour-ready and meet quality standards
Build resident relationships through outstanding customer service
Plan and execute resident events and engagement initiatives
Respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency
