Job summary

Dayrise Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of our community, guiding prospects through the leasing journey with exceptional customer service. You will conduct tours, present homes and amenities, and support the application and move-in process while contributing to occupancy goals.

You will work closely with onsite teams to maintain community standards, respond to inquiries promptly, and help drive resident retention through excellent service and events planning.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Sales mindset with ability to build rapport and close leases.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of multifamily operations and resident relations is a plus.
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging community tours and match prospects with their ideal home.
• Manage the full leasing lifecycle—from inquiry to move-in and renewals.
• Maintain strong knowledge of market conditions and competitor offerings.
• Ensure apartment homes are tour-ready and meet quality standards.
• Build strong resident relationships through outstanding customer service.
• Assist with planning and executing resident events and engagement initiatives.
• Respond to resident and prospect inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
