Job summary

Z Modular Industries’ FUZE Ballpark community in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Leasing Associate to drive occupancy and deliver a welcoming resident experience.

You will greet prospects, schedule tours, process applications, conduct background checks, and help with renewals. Strong CRM and Spanish language skills are required; familiarity with Fair Housing laws is a plus. Weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service (residential property management preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to speak Spanish is required.
• Proficient in CRM platforms, leasing software, and digital tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Professional presentation with a confident, goal-driven closing ability.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations preferred.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some evenings.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents while scheduling property tours.
• Promote apartment features, amenities, and lifestyle benefits.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Process applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease documentation in compliance with policies.
• Facilitate renewals, move-ins, and move-outs for a seamless resident experience.
• Maintain an organized leasing pipeline using CRM and follow-up systems.
• Support resident retention efforts and lease renewal campaigns.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach to generate leads.
• Ensure model units and common areas are tour-ready and well-maintained.
