Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in real estate, retail, or customer service.
• Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours).
• Ability to represent the company in its relations with residents, employees, and local vendors.

Responsibilities

• Show Market-Ready apartments and community to customers.
• Prepare Application and Lease documents for new residents.
• Assist in marketing promotions.
• Generate sales to increase occupancy.
• Promote resident retention programs.
• Compile reports and maintain files while adhering to company policies and fair housing laws.
