Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the Solaris Key property in Clearwater, FL. You will manage leasing activities, tours, applications, and renewals while delivering exceptional resident service.

The role requires face-to-face engagement, strong product knowledge, and a proactive approach to occupancy goals. You will design marketing plans, track market trends, and ensure lease documents are accurately completed.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
Experience: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills with ability to connect to people at all levels.

Responsibilities

Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face, conduct property tours and show apartments.
Process applications, credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package.
Ensure smooth resident move-in and lease signing; handle renewals and follow-up for satisfaction.
Design and execute offsite marketing activities to drive traffic to the property using various marketing channels.
Gather, analyze, and interpret market trends to recommend improvements.
Inspect property and manage lease enforcement, including inspections and collections.
Respond promptly to resident or owner inquiries and resolve issues.
