Job summary

The Neiders Company is seeking a Leasing Agent to drive occupancy across multi-site communities in the Seattle area. You will shepherd prospects through the leasing journey, deliver exceptional customer service, maintain meticulous records, and ensure Fair Housing compliance and company standards throughout the process.

This role supports multiple properties in close proximity and requires flexibility, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to coordinate with on-site teams to optimize leasing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing, sales, or relevant customer service experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements preferred; ability to learn and follow policies.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office; able to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities including tours, inquiries, and follow-up.
• Aim for occupancy targets and KPI metrics; drive traffic conversion and resident retention.
• Explain lease terms, policies, and pricing clearly and professionally.
• Maintain show-ready models, amenities, and office areas.
