You will conduct tours, process leases, and support renewal activities, with a schedule Tue-Sat and on-site work at the property. A valid driver’s license for golf-cart operation is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leasing experience
• 2 years of lease up experience
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and leases
• Perform credit checks and move-in packages
• Schedule maintenance and ensure move-in readiness
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and respond to market conditions
• Maintain show units and ensure show quality
• Support lease renewals with letters and packages
• Respond to resident inquiries promptly
